Classic Rooms are appointed with the finest furnishings including a choice of king, queen, or twin-size signature Luxury Collection beds topped off with multiple pillows and cloud-soft duvets. Transportation Services

Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos (ATH) is approximately 35 kilometers from the Hotel Grande Bretagne and taxi service is approximately €40.00 EUR. Taxis are available at the designated taxi waiting area located at Exit 3 of Arrivals Level.

*Guest registration includes Welcome Reception Tuesday evening, Global Gala Reception and Dinner Wednesday evening, and Closing Cocktail Reception Thursday evening. Please note that Guests are not permitted to attend educational sessions.



Register early, as space is limited. Online registration closes on Tuesday, 10 September. In the event the Symposium is not sold out, onsite registration will begin at 13:00 on Tuesday, 17 September.

Please note that cost of meals for this event is estimated to be $600.00 USD; consult your tax adviser.

Payment Options

Payment for the 2019 Global Symposium should be made by credit card online or via wire transfer. Please contact Events@leadingre.com to receive complete wire transfer information. To receive early bird rate, your registration and payment must be received by Friday, 26 July, 2019.

Confirmation of Registrations

Confirmations will be emailed once your registration is processed and payment is received; please save a copy for your records.

If you do not receive an email confirmation within 48 hours of registration, contact LeadingRE Events at +1 312-424-0400 or Events@leadingre.com.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

A full refund of your registration is available through Friday, 26 July 2019. Cancellations made between Saturday, 27 July 2019 and Monday, 26 August 2019 will be charged a $250.00 USD administrative fee. No refunds for registration fees will be given beginning Tuesday, 27 August 2019.

Registered attendees may modify or cancel their registration online. Attendees will need their confirmation number and email address for this process.

Changes/cancellations will not be accepted over the phone.

Substitution Policy

You may substitute an attendee registration with no additional fee through Friday, 26 July 2019. A $50.00 USD fee will apply to any registration name substitutions made beginning Saturday, 27 July 2019. All requests for name substitutions must be received in writing to Events@leadingre.com.

Acropolis Museum

Being a gate to the glorious world of ancient Athens, it hosts priceless artifacts found on the Acropolis and spanning a period from the Mycenaean times up to the Roman and Early Christian eras.

Museum of the Ancient Agora

The exhibition in the Museum gallery holds archaeological finds coming from the systematic excavations of the American School of Classical Studies in the area and dated from the Neolithic to the Post-byzantine and Ottoman periods.

Museum of Cycladic Art

The Museum of Cycladic Art is a private living cultural institution in the heart of Athens. More than 3.000 objects of Cycladic, Ancient Greek and Cypriot art (dating from the 5th millennium BC to the 6th century AD) are displayed in the galleries of the four floors of the Museum of Cycladic Art.

Shopping In Athens

Athens has shopping spots for all tastes, offering unique bargains. Amongst the great high streets of the city pedestrianized Ermou is one with an abundance of shops belonging to well-known clothes franchises, as well as historic Greek businesses. The bottom end of Ermou is Monastiraki. Don’t miss out on a walk in its flee market. There you will find clothes, shoes, accessories, leather goods and the world-famous Greek leather sandals.

Historical Destinations

The Parthenon, dedicated by the Athenians to Athena Parthenos, the patron of their city, is the most magnificent creation of Athenian democracy at the height of its power. It is also the finest monument on the Acropolis in terms of both conception and execution.

Temple of Olympian Zeus

Known as the largest temple in Greece, The Temple of Olympian Zeus, also known as Olympeion, was built in the 6th century BC.This half-ruined temple is dedicated to Zeus, the chief of the Olympian Gods, and that is how it took its name, the temple of the Olympian Zeus.
